    New building with nice views of the city

    Pros:
    New building with elevator, laundry room, GYM at the basement, and a roof terrace.
    Cons:
    Not much cleaning of the common areas, and sometimes the washing machines are dirty due to irresponsible neighbors. The furniture on the roof terrace is in bad condition.
    Advice to owner:
    More cleaning of the common areas.

    Virtual doorman and package room were helpful
    Nice outdoor roof area
    Very clean and responsive supers
    Cons:
    Washers and Dryers run into issues time to time
