    I love my location, building staff, cleanliness, my apartment. living here for 5 years

    Pros:
    Very fast maintenance response times, sometimes in minutes. Adequate elevator coverage - 3 elevators for 13 floors. Reliable system for packages (in locker or storage room) and food deliveries (to your door).
    Cons:
    Loud HVAC units. Heating is unreliable. Noise from the Lincoln Tunnel can be overwhelming.
