    Pros:
    Has many amenities including rooftop, doorman, gym
    Cons:
    Building is cheaply made and things fall apart all the time, constantly having to put in maintenance requests

    Loved living here, made great friends and enjoyed the neighborhood

    Great neighbors, great location, beautiful rooftop, extremely friendly/easy to work with people
    Cons:
    Can be difficult to access (e.g. for Ubers), occasional noise, small closet
    Advice to owner:
    The management company could be more responsive
