Great apartment with even better amenities, at a steep cost

Pros:
Love the location, the view, and the amenities. Maintenance team is great and extremely efficient.
Cons:
Price is extremely inconsistent. I signed a 1 year renewal last year at a 3-4% rent increase. This year, they gave me an lease renewal with a 30% percent increase. THIRTY percent.
Advice to owner:
Have more consistent pricing

Really loud. Especially if you face south. Really weird neighbours everywhere
