Big, bright apartments New appliances Deep bathtubs in bathrooms Trash chutes on every floor with recycling No pests!!!
Cons:
As much as the pros are nice, there’s a con to them too. The appliances are new, but cheap. The fridge had cracked shelving when I moved in and still hadn’t been fixed. My microwave crapped out on me and was never replaced. Trash chutes are convenient on every floor, but it can get overflowed and messy. Since switching management and supers, nothing ever gets fixed. The halls used to be cleaned weekly, and now it seems like almost never. Packages are almost always stolen from the lobby too.
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive to tenants. And clean the hallways!
