Loved this place, just LOUD street

It is a friendly building all of the doormen are great except for one who is terrible...

Neighbors and management are horrific

Pros

The staff (doormen, maintenance, etc) are always so nice and helpful. Our apartment was beautiful and clean with huge windows.

Cons

Whatever you do, do NOT move into unit 1202. Horrible, noisy neighbor. Will party all night and day (loudly) and fill apartment with bad weed smell permanently. Literally did not get a single nights sleep because of the neighbor.

Advice to the owners

It is unethical to rent out unit 1202 before the tenant in 1201 is evicted
