    such a beautiful building

    Pros:
    brand new, condo furnishings, latch key system, amazing rooftop and gym, nice elevators
    Cons:
    no doorman (for the rent we paid a doorman would have been appropriate), semi unsafe area, packages constantly stolen, the heat/AC broke down a lot but was easily fixed, also not a lot of communication - never met the super, was very removed

    Brand new building. Very clean and spacious
    Cons:
    Terrible management. Cannot get in touch with anyone for anything. They do not care about their tenants
