The building is on the newer side and therefore has nice amenities and appliances. It is also located in a great neighborhood.
Cons:
The ownership is not the most accommodating. When we moved in, all the bedrooms were missing blinds/shades for the windows. There was no privacy. Ownership refused to help with the cost of custom shades. It is an example of how they have tried to squeeze us without holding up their end of the bargain. There is a rooftop with a grill that has broken for over a year. Our requests to have it fixed have been ignored. Our freezer is also broken and ownership has ignored requests to fix that as well.
Advice to owner:
Be respectful of your tenants and be more responsive to requests for repairs. Stop pricing out good tenants with insane rent increases.
