    Great Building in Downtown Bronx
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    It's near the new hipster spot in Mott Haven
    Cons:
    The neighborhood can get really rowdy during the summers. Need more police presence.
    Advice to owner:
    Please work with Police to control people hanging out in front of the building
