House is falling apart
Pros
There’s a tenant that up keeps the place been seeing her do it for years , if it wasn’t for them the house would be a mess
Cons
Steps are falling apart , went to see someone inside seen a big hole in wall on first unit , that can’t be healthy or safe , was raining inside the first unit kitchen . when it’s was raining outside , one of the rooms the ceiling is about to collapse house just going to collapse all together if the landlord continues to ignore and do repairs
Advice to the owners
You have good tenants that upkeep your building while you continue to neglect it , sad how you continue have them live ...stop neglecting your property and fix it
