Horrible repair service

Pros:
There was nothing good
Cons:
The renovations when I moved in was horrible. They never came to repair and when they did, they did a horrible job. No heat. The rent was ridiculously high for an apartment in such bad conditions.
Advice to owner:
Actually, have your employees do their jobs.
