    Not alot of noise
    Cons:
    Only 4 small washers and dryers

    Pros:
    The superintendent is great. He works fast and completes the job efficiently.
    Cons:
    Way too many units in the building to not have a sufficient amount of washers and dryers.
    Advice to owner:
    Please add more washers and dryers.
