Pros:
Quiet, streets is clean, spacious
Cons:
Building is old and not well maintained
Advice to owner:
Needs better maintenance, cockroaches, rats, and the plumbing is horrible. It’s rain inside sometimes, the sealing fell out one time. And they usually take long to fix.
