    Close to things you need but…
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Finally have consistent heat in the building
    Very close to the subway stations
    Cons:
    Not so clean all the time
    Entrance lock is always broken
    Can’t control heat during the winter
    Lots of noise, especially in the summer because of Yankee Stadium and traffic

    Not maintain in good condition/ garbage in elevator/basement and main floor
    Advice to owner:
    Clean more often especially with Covid-19 spreading around. Our zip code has a high rate of Covid-19.
