So many issues and safety code violations.

Pros:
I love that I have a separate living room in my Studio. 
Cons:
My apartment is infested with roaches and ants Nails are coming out of the wall because my apartment is built on a slant. Power keeps going out No Landlord, no super grown men are always hanging out in front of an in the walkway of the building. A person climbed on my fire escape and nothing was done about it. Sewage keeps backing up into my tub and kitchen sink.  I’ve contacted management many times and nothing has been done.  I pay 1,200 to live in a studio in the slums.
