    Building's falling apart

    Pros:
    You'll have problems from the start
    Cons:
    The owner tried to illegally make me leave the apartment while also ignoring major issues including pest control, leaks that flood the apartment, little to no heating in the winter, and so much more.
    Advice to owner:
    Get a different job
