Memories of living on Nelson avenue
Former Tenant
Pros:
There was heat in the hallways the apartments were so warm the walls would sweat and the building was always a clean
Cons:
No elevators but it was a 5 story wall up
Advice to owner:
Never change the way the building is kept up
