Pros:
Honestly the only good thing about this place is the rent bill
Cons:
Everything about this place. the gang members in the corners, tenants selling drugs through 1st floor windows. Dogs pooping and owners not cleaning after them. Everything. Water leaks in ceilings. All they do is patch it and within 6 days it’s leaking again.
Advice to owner:
Blow this building down because it needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Penny pinching to pay less of reconstruction isn’t doing it.
