If you have other options, stick with that
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close to some restaurants and next to a library.
Cons:
Some of the neighbors’ kids keep the building dirty.
You’ll be lucky if your neighbor isn’t being in roaches.
Some people aren’t mindful of the garbage they leave outside of their apartment.
There’s always kids in the way smoking when you try going up or down the stairs sometimes they don’t move.
The water pressure could be better.
It takes some time to get a hold of the property managers.
Advice to owner:
Work on being more responsive with emails and phone calls. It makes no sense because when I’m fact there is an emergency things won’t be resolved in a timely manner.
