Don’t Rent Here ! GET OUT
Former Tenant
Pros:
I live two blocks from 2/5 express train . Four blocks from the 6. Trains run great ! Mostly always on time .

Rent is cheap . Studio for 1230, 1 bedroom for 1375 , etc...
Cons:
The Elevator NEVER works ! It only works maybe 3 times a month. This sucks Bc I live on the 6th floor, which makes it hard for deliveries , laundry , and carrying heavy objects .

While ordering food , your delivery will never come to your door. They will always meet you out side.

The front door is always broken Into. Leaving unwanted people to come in the apartment and set camp on the stairs .

If you have a problem with maintenance within your apartment, your landlord CHRIS will never get to you. Unless you message the building owner above him.

I had to move from the 1st Floor to the 6th Bc of a rat problem . There where rats in the walls of two studio apartments on the first floor, some where trapped in the wall. You would hear them chewing through the wall. I asked to get out of the lease and couldn’t because the rats didn’t technically break into the apartment . They sent people once a month to handle pest control. That was a lie, because I could still hear them and it felt like they where multiplying . Then they asked me if I would like to move on a different floor while they handled reconstruction. That took about 6 months to transfer me into a new apt . Could you imagine hearing them at night ?! I couldn’t sleep, and didn’t have the funds to move or help to do so.

I’m finally in a place with no rats . But the way they handled that situation was unforgivable. Especially being a tenant that had paid rent early for over 4 years , you think I would of been taken care of.
Advice to owner:
Fire Chris , he’s lazy and everyone in this building has complained about him. I have many of emails sent to Paul complaining about the professionalism of Chris . Get a landlord that actually wants to do his job instead of living off of our paychecks
