    Grocery store and laundry nearby
    Smaller building only 15 units
    Off street parking
    Ac/ heating units
    Newer construction
    Cons:
    Poor insulation- not eco friendly for heating/cooling
    Walk up no elevator or laundry on-site
    High noise levels
