Decent living in the Bronx

Pros:
Rent controlled, no roaches if you are clean, decently sized apartments, building feels safe, nice amount of windows
Cons:
No elevator, hallway can be dirty, no laundry, water temperatures aren’t consistent (no hot water for weeks in winter), heating isn’t great
Advice to owner:
Make sure there’s hot water in winter
