    It’s a nice starter place to live in

    Pros:
    The brick wall gives it a rustic feel,
    Water pressure is nice
    Cons:
    The kitchen is outdated, and there are animals constantly scratching the ceiling. Cupboards are outdated as well, and the heat barely comes on sometimes
    Advice to owner:
    Have better communication with tenants, and update the kitchen area.
