Pros:
-Huge building on the concourse.
-Super Ruben. Very helpful and responsive
Cons:
-Rats in the laundry mat
-Workers who come into the apartment steals personal property and leave food in kitchen
- cockroaches
-property owner takes long to return deposit and even longer to respond back
- building hasn’t been the same since the fire they had in the wall in 2019.
Advice to owner:
Care more about the people who rent. No need to be rude and ignore them.

Pros:
Access to D train.
Cons:
Elevator is always shutting down, depending what floor you live on you’ll walk a bunch of flights of stairs, laundry room sometimes has roaches in the mouse traps. Neighbors can be Loud on a Wednesday
Advice to owner:
Better pest control. Keep up with maintenance on elevator
