RUN for your lives !

Pros:
none that i can think of , at all !
Cons:
a lot of sketchy Section-8 residents ( police busted in couple of times), rude and unresponsive super ,( a crazy ol' lady) , the smell of pot is repugnant
Advice to owner:
Tear the place down and rebuild it , clean up your act !
