Decent building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great lighting. Affordable. Spacious. Heat/Hot water. Improved wait time for fixtures.
Cons:
Could be maintained better or more frequently in terms of cleanliness and upkeep of building. Rodents.
Advice to owner:
Be better in having availability or being more prompt in responding to issues of the building by tenants. Fix rodent issue. Remove scaffolding from building.

No need to inspect apartment of tenant that been there many yesrs

Cons:
More roaches since the shelter next door remove their tenants

Need to fix front intercom remove overhead construction
