    I wish I had something nice to say but I can not believe how much work needs to be done
    Cons:
    They paint over mold and then it comes back in a few months
    They do not fix anything without breaking something else
    Small bedrooms
    Advice to owner:
    You must Do better for your renters this is no way to live
