Disgusting, Overpriced, Too Hot
Pros
Back patio, close to trains, close to 174th street
Cons
Huge rats outside every night , constant leaks in bathroom, noisy neighbors, ridiculously hot in the summer, no proper ventilation which creates a ridiculously dusty house, slow response from landlord, the neighborhood has nothing going for it, bathroom needs a complete overhaul.
Advice to the owners
Redo the plumbing, invest in rat poisoning, get rid of the humongous radiator in each room, clean the entrances and replace the doors to said entrances, invest in AC units for the springs/summers because the house gets unbearably hot, bathrooms need to be redone as the previous repair people have messed up the bathtubs by painting them and the plumbing in each bathroom is atrocious.
