    Pros:
    Always heat, good neighbors and good water pressure
    Cons:
    Barely cleaned, doesn’t fix apartment of tenant who ain’t on no assistance and has years in the building or fixes repairs
    Advice to owner:
    Take care of the older tenants apartments without raising rent by hundreds
