I’ve been inside this place.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is safe, the neighbors are nice and polite, there’s cameras all over the place, there’s a laundry Matt where you can do your laundry (two washers 1 dryer).
Cons:
Can be a bit dirty at times, sometimes garbage 2/5,
Owner may take up some time fixing certain problems, heater 2/5.
Advice to owner:
Please be mindful of your attendants, turn the heater on, hot water!
