This building is beyond disgusting. It's a 5 floor walk up. The building stinks like urine and cigarette smoke. If any repairs need to be done in the building, it takes forever forward the superintendent to come do repairs. Right now there's a homeless guy sleeping on the fifth floor going towards the roof with his dog. It's disturbing. There's no maintenance at all!
