- roach problems especially in the basement - basement, where washers/dryers/trash and recycling disposal is located, is only open from 8 am-9 pm - building owners are prioritizing superficial upgrades over building necessities like pest control - need more washers and dryers
Advice to owner:
let julio live in one of the apartments, not the basement

Pros:
loved the location near Fordham University and the super is super responsive.
Cons:
The 'landlord special' left some things to be desired. The amount of cockroaches in the laundry room was frightening
