    Okay for students but not the best
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    -Proximity to University
    -Separate living room and kitchen
    Cons:
    -There is nowhere to put your trash
    -Is above a dirty restaurant with roaches
    -No exterminator
    -Landlord is unresponsive
    -Landlord tries to keep deposit at all costs and without interest
