    Very Much a College Apartment

    Pros:
    Good price for what you get, apartment is a good size, good area
    Cons:
    Window insulation is questionable (can get really cold), neighbors can get really nosiy at night, above a college bar which can get super noisy
    Advice to owner:

    Had a huge issue with the heat. Also next to a bar
