    Pros:
    Spacious, rooftop access, great building, encountered no major issues while living here, attentive landlord.
    Cons:
    I have no cons.

    Close to campus, huge space, nice front area, gorgeous rooftop space
    Cons:
    Water pressure was low at times, one room was always cold, the other tenants could be noisy
