    Great location, good deal for multiple roommates

    No package management. Lsany broker fee erodes affordability

    Good reliable neighbors. They watched and fed my foster cat while I went on vacation. Nice views of Arthur Ave
    Cons:
    Living near Fordham Rd it’s going to be very noisy. Take precautions.

    Landlord is unresponsive and the super takes forever to fix things. I let them know about my leaky shower, they said they’d send a plumber and didn’t do anything till I moved out. Then they took it off my security deposit.
    Advice to owner:
    Please be more responsive to tenants and keep a record of their issues. That way you don’t have to put the burden on them when they move.
