Building is horrible elevator is always broken barely hot water we freeze in the

Pros:
Nothing regrets moving here
Cons:
The building is dirty always something roaches rats no heat or hot water and mold
Advice to owner:
All the rent you get and you don’t want to invest in a new elevator and a ramp for handicap people are you serious
