    Okay building, doesn’t stand out
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Friendly neighbors and they clean once in a while
    Cons:
    Many roaches at night and elevator stops working sometimes. Intercom doesn’t work.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix intercom please.
