Building management/owner/landlord does not maintain the building up to standards 
Advice to owner:
hire someone that will appreciate and respect the work that was done on the building it has no one to maintain the cleanliness the super mops the building once a week and does not maintain throughout the week if somethings on the floor it’s going to stay there until a week later when he comes back to mop he never sweeps the walls are dirty there is feces among other things throughout the building it needs to be maintained with a strong maintenance team that will sweep first mop second then buff the floors They need someone to wipe the glass entrance that is smeared with all types of unknown liquids they need to make sure non-residents do not enter the building and urinate on the floor The cameras are useless because you have drug dealers that have taken over the first floor you move them out the building and move them back that made no sense Depending on the time of day your life may be in danger just walking through the building to get to your apartment because of The drug dealers
