The Super has his whole family living within the building Building hallway and roofs are filled with water damage at anytime the way may cave in on you with water
Advice to owner:
Get a new super! Take care of your tenants most of them face court proceedings for things you guys do not fix

Pros:
nothing good about the building. super is friendly. emergencies only.
Cons:
everything. rat infestations. roach infestations. bedbug infestations. no heat in the winter. noise level at max during the summer nights. management doesn't care about their tenants. they dont respond in a reasonable time and when they do they want to do thing on their own terms not to yours.
Advice to owner:
get you management in line. fix your buildings take care of your tenants
