    Pros:
    Apartments are big and lots of stores near by
    Cons:
    1.They never clean the building.
    2.They take forever to fix anything
    3.Heat comes on when the weather is warm and no heat when the weather is cold
    4. Roaches don’t matter how clean you are the building itself is not clean
    5. Neighbors are too loud and smoke in the hallways
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing he knows what he doing is wrong
