    Pros:
    Nothing PRO about living here.
    Cons:
    Leaks from ceiling, cracks and uneven floors, half fast paint jobs, no hot water, old building in need of renovations and updating.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being cheap and exploiting your superintendent and contact professional help to make proper renovations and upkeep the homes of hard working families that pay to live under humane conditions.
