Nothing good about this building. DONT MOVE HERE THE SUPER IS HORRIBLE LAZY AND BUILDING IS DIRTY, NO HEAT AND LOTS OF PEST
Cons:
Never any heat Pest control is horrible Hallways are filthy Intercom never works Outside perimeter is dirty The super is lazy and never seen
Advice to owner:
Hire new super Stop using cheap products when fixing apartments Do pop up visit so you can see that the super doesn’t work This building is filthy and run down. I would never recommend anyone to live here
