Meh is all I have
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to SBS BX12 and to 3-4 subways. Trash bags taken care of promptly. Calls for minor repairs answered reasonably quickly.
Cons:
Neighbors love to slam doors, music very early, smoking in staircase, trash on staircase, front door never locks, building number written on wood plank at first then in thin paint (?) on side of building
