Basement always smells garbage

Location / unite size / price
Cons:
Smells weed all the time / noise / basement needs better attention, garbage smells bad always / no heat / contract says no pets but every unit got pets.
Advice to owner:
Please screen tenants before approval / you can smell weed everywhere in the building / very noisy

Not a good value overall..

The super does a good job keeping it clean and maintained.
Cons:
There are roaches and rats
The rent is too high for what you get
Advice to owner:
Lower your prices
Listen to your tenants
Visit the property AT LEAST once a week(owner plz, not one of your associates)
MAKE SURE FRONT LOCK IS FIXED this is NOT a safe neighborhood
