I don’t recommend this place to live

Pros:
It’s not to bad when it comes to being clean
Cons:
Heat & Hot water very little to non-existent. This is the only time of the year whether the weather is cold outside. This building also is not handicap accessible. The elevate of a really works. Landlord is hard to find.
Continuously does not comply with heating or hot water rules violates heat and hot water rules.
