Not a place you want to move too

Pros:
Some neighbors are friendly, close to Fordham rd and transportation
Cons:
The super doesn’t want to do any work , the lobby is filled with trash , people hang out in the lobby and smoke weed , outsiders come into this building to hang out as well , front door lock is always broken, if packages is left at your front door they will get stolen
Advice to owner:
