    Through wall harassment beware!!!

    The elevator is always in service.
    Cons:
    Acoustic shadowing throughout the entire apartment
    Advice to owner:
    Soundproofing or insulation installed.

    Pros:
    Laundry room, mail room, elevator works great, garage availability, studio apartment has high ceilings, overall great apartments.
    Cons:
    Noise sometimes, people smoking in the hallway.
    Advice to owner:
    Increase enforcement of security.
