Overall my experience in this building is a 5
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is good
Cons:
Needs a lot of tlc from the owner before renting
Advice to owner:
Take care of the exterior and interior of the building, it needs a paint job urgently and new lighting. The inside needs to be remodeled before use. It is not in conditions. Also, have proper garbage management, sometimes the accumulation of it gets out of control. The building doesn’t look or feel clean.
