Nice Building, Good Manegment

Pros:
Living-in Super, Management communication, Quiet Neighbors, Nice Neighborhood.
Cons:
Sometimes the heaters are not on, Elevator Fan is rarely clean.
Advice to owner:
Need more than one cleaner, Stairs and elevator fan are not clean.

Pros:
The building is close to Van Cortland park. The apartments are a good size. Management has increased the rent by a reasonable amount each year (about $30 for a 1bd apt).
Cons:
The pest issues (roaches and mice) have increased over the years. The super acts like you're bothering him when you contact him with an issue and is slow to respond. There are also issues with packages being stolen and the washers/dryers not working properly. The washers/dryers only take quarters.
Advice to owner:
Hire more people to manage the property and handle issues that arise efficiently. Handle the pest issue or more people will continue to leave.
